Do you have a guarantee?
The quality of our work is guaranteed, however we do not guarantee outcomes (ex, that you get hired if we edit your resume, etc) since we cannot control the variables of your particular situation. What does that mean? We will abide by the deadlines that we promise. We will respond in a timely fashion to your customer service concerns for the duration of our collaborative relationship. We will do what we say we will do and deliver what we say we will deliver...if we don't do that, you get your money back.
